With specific geological projects, we address the applied branch of geology arising from the interaction between human activities and the geological environment. Population growth, which leads to increasing needs for space, resources and energy, requires knowledge of the terrain to properly plan for and manage land, mitigate environmental risks and explore available natural resources.
